A call to Artists, Activists, Citizens, Experimental Photographers, or Students with an open mind!! Together we are going to learn the art and craft of Acrylic Paint Image Transfers. Taught at Matteawan Gallery by resident contemporary artist Zachary Skinner, this class is open to all ages, young and old, but under 12 requires a parent/guardian to participate along with their young one. The class is limited to approximately 10 spots.

What’s the Twist? This workshop is an exchange. The artist will provide materials and lessons free of charge, but the artwork created will become a part of the installation art project. You will receive all the information, knowledge and hands-on experience you need to make your own in the future. The art-imagery will focus on the landscape, climate and protest.

A call to aspiring and experienced Artists, with some background in drawing or painting… Together we are going to learn the art and craft of Egg Tempera Painting. Taught at Matteawan Gallery by resident contemporary artist Zachary Skinner, this class is open ages 13 and up. The class is limited to approximately 10 spots.
